HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE FIRST AID KIT

Below is a list of items that you may want to put into a simple first aid kit for your 5 day kit.  Modify this list to fit your families needs.  It is best if your kit is kept inside a water proof container, this will prevent your contents from getting wet or contaminating items in your pack.
