EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS 101

"The first step in being Prepared for an Emergency is Information"

This website is provided to be a guide for you and your families Emergency Preparedness.  In here you will find various guidelines and instructions for preparing for and surviving an emergency.

During history mankind all over the world has experienced both man made and natural disasters of all shapes and sizes.  When a population grows it requires more coordination and a complex infrastructure to maintain itself.  Because of this, the global infrastructure has become vulnerable.  For instance, if the power grid was taken down in the western United States, how would food supplies be maintained in super markets? How would food orders be processed? How would fuel be pumped for delivery trucks? How would water be provided to millions of people? How would the masses be controlled if food and water were not available? Where would the masses go to find food and water? Who would protect your family from them? The list of problems resulting from this one disaster would be huge.

Disasters can occur anytime and anyplace, this website could be a source of information on how to prepare for and survive a disaster.  We will try to update this website with new information about Emergency Preparedness as it becomes available.  Use this websites information for your families’ preparedness and wellbeing.  Share these ideas with family and friends, the more people that are prepared,a better society we will be.
