KNOT TYING

An essential skill in Emergency Preparedness is Knot Tying.  Knowing how to use rope or twine properly could mean the difference between success or disaster.  Whether you are having to lash logs together for a raft or just tying your supplies down on a car or truck, knots will be needed.  There are hundreds of different knots used for as many different applications.  In this section we explore a variety of knots, review and practice these knots.
